Who are we?
Since 1993, Heathmont Hornets has established itself one of the largest basketball clubs in the Eastern suburbs region of Victoria and is a founding member of the Ringwood Basketball Association.
With over 450 current members, our players compete during mid-week or Saturday in the Greater Eastern Basketball Conference (G.E.B.C) which is a combination of both Melbourne East Basketball Association (M.E.B.A) and Ringwood Basketball Association (R.B.A) teams. With over 600 teams to compete against makes it is one of the most diverse basketball competitions in Australia.
Heathmont Hornets prides itself on its inclusive and professional approach in supporting all children to enjoy playing basketball, develop team skills, gain confidence and to strive to achieve their best, regardless of ability.
